Natalie Bays, born in South Shields, spent her childhood between the North-East of England and Western Australia. Her voice, stemming from her Irish heritage, with her mother coming from Ballyshannon, Donegal, is rich, warm and pure and frequently has the effect of bringing a filled music hall to a hushed silence.
She has performed throughout the North-East of England, as well as Brunei, Ireland and France. Recently, she has written and produced her first album, a collection of haunting melodies with poetic reflections on modern day life.
